“My wife and I decided to go with the TAKK team after meeting with multiple well-known, full service contractors. For us the decision to choose TAKK was an easy one. From the initial meeting I could tell that Tom and Phil were professional and courteous. Their approach to the process is grounded in the idea that they are serving their customers, and this is evident in all aspects of what they do. My biggest fear going into this project was the trust that I would be placing on whomever we ended up choosing with our home. I knew it would be a big commitment, both financially as well as emotionally. Tom and his team assuaged our fears immediately as they worked with us to shape the vision of our new home. Phil was a consummate professional throughout the many different proposal revisions, never once showing any sign of frustration or hesitation. "My pleasure" was all we heard. In fact, it may be the phrase that we heard most often from the TAKK team. After more than 2 years of back and forth due to various township imposed hurdles we were finally cleared to start the work. The TAKK team stuck with us and supported us throughout the entire pre-planning process, and once the work began, so did the fun. There is no better word to describe it. My wife and I enjoyed every single aspect of the project. Cesar and his team are true masters of their craft and it is clear that they take pride in everything they do. The jobsite was clean every day no matter if it was the 1st day of a week's worth of demo, or the day the drywall was sanded. We loved working with Tom to help us make our decisions and it was a huge help for us to have someone with all of his experience. We learned so much about the process and the right way to do things. To make things even easier, all we had to do was tell Denise what we wanted and she coordinated it all. Jamie and Terry kept a detailed ledger so we always knew where we stood with our budget. Team TAKK is truly a full service construction team. We will absolutely use the TAKK team again and I would refer them to anyone that is looking to renovate their home, especially if they have the same fear as I had before we started the process.“

“Crest Sewer and Drain was quick to respond to my request for an estimate for some plumbing and drain issues. They immediately scheduled a visit to assess and then to repair my problems.

I was fortunate that Jordan H. was the technician sent to my home to do the work! He’s friendly and knowledgeable, thoroughly explained what he needed to do, and then worked steadily despite the hot and humid weather to get the job done.

“We had a great experience with Lacey Kitchens on our kitchen renovation that was completed in the Spring of 2025. The entire team was professional, responsive, and incredibly skilled. Paul and David helped us figure out a kitchen design that would work for us. They were patient, knowledgeable, and answered/addressed all of our concerns - putting us at ease with the whole process. They were able to advise us on what was best for our space and needs based on their years of industry experience. David was very accommodating and responsive when we asked for revisions. Once our design was chosen, they walked us through different cabinets lines and finishes, giving us the pros and cons of each without being pushy.

David and James did our cabinet install over two days. They were pleasant, friendly and did excellent work. They stayed on schedule, worked efficiently, and were respectful of our home the entire time. They communicated well, and gave us frequent updates.
