Dan knowledgably answered any questions when I called the office. John and Chris, the gentlemen who came to remove our old unit and install the new one a week after the estimates were given to us, were courteous, knowledgeable, and respectful of our property, including putting on boot covers on their shoes each and every time they came into the house to walk on an area of our floor that they hadn’t covered with tarps. They worked quietly and efficiently, and although the job took several hours, it was done thoroughly and with the utmost care. Anywhere they worked was cleaned up so you couldn’t even tell they were there except for the new equipment they had just installed. Our unit is running perfectly and we couldn’t be happier with the whole process. Our initial contact with Lions was when Tristan came out three years ago to give a cooling boost to our aging unit.
