I was referred to Ken's Hackney's Heating Service after Meenan Oil would not come out to service my new Furnace during a very cold November night until 5 days after I called. The Furnace was installed by Meenan in September and wired incorrectly. Ken is really responsive, efficient and reasonable in price compared to Meenan. Ken also services my AC.

I cannot underscore how reliable Kenny at Hackney Heating & Cooling has been for my family--not once, but twice. First, after a vacation in February, we came back go a broken furnace and 52-degree indoor temps. Second, after the AC stopped working in July, indoor temps surged to 86 degrees. Both times, Kenny ran out and got us back up and running within 30 minutes, even after we stressed not to rush to see us. He made sure we were a priority. A+ service.

Called Kenny at 9pm the night before and he was out the next afternoon. Fixed the problem we were having, explained to us what was wrong, and I think his pricing is extremely reasonable. We’ll definitely be using this business in the future.Service: Heating system maintenance
