Rich is amazing. Truly a 5-star business. Rich’s knowledge about trees and tree care is incredible. He drove over an hour to my parents’ home and spent over two hours there talking to them about their trees and how to best care for them. Following his visit, my mom told me, “Rich is a dream come true. I’ve been wanting to find someone who knows so much about our trees, and he definitely does.” Additionally, Rich is a good human being and truly cares about building relationships with his clients. I was referred to Ken's Hackney's Heating Service after Meenan Oil would not come out to service my new Furnace during a very cold November night until 5 days after I called. The Furnace was installed by Meenan in September and wired incorrectly. Ken is really responsive, efficient and reasonable in price compared to Meenan. Ken also services my AC.

We have used this plumbing service for years and have never been disappointed. Recently our less then 5 year old water heater failed and emptied its contents just days before we planned to entertain at the house for the holidays. I feared no one would come out in time. I left a message with them and within the hour they responded and soon after were at our door fixing the problem with a new water heater and informed us the old one was still under warranty.
