I had inquired with several companies over a few months to replace our roofing, soffits and gutters in my Marlboro, NJ home. I didn’t quite get the sense that the companies I spoke to were a one-stop shop solution. Several tried to sell me on their warranties, their master GAF certification, or type of material they were using. But what I cared about is ensuring the job was done right with minimal to no oversight with an attention to detail. World Class provided this service and more. Throughout the entire sales process, Mike and the team showed incredible organization, attention to detail , diligently walked me through the different roofing layers being applied and explained the mechanics of how it all works, were patient in answering all of my questions, and made me feel very comfortable during the process. For a project as large as our home was going to undertake, the last thing you want to do as a home owner is have to manage multiple contractors and try to be an overnight expert in everything related to roof repair and water damage mitigation. They do come at a premium to others but frankly- your getting what you pay for. You can either manage all the different complexities yourself and potentially re do some of the work in a few years or pay the extra money and leave it all in their hands. I choose the latter.
