Alicia gave me exactly what I wanted even though I was extremely tentative and vague about what I was going for when I walked in. Everyone was kind and welcoming, the salon was very clean and beautiful, and the station I had my hair cut and styled at was very cozy feeling. The spa was neat, clean and welcoming. Brielle was well knowledgable of products and customized a facial to my needs.
