Reasonable price to replace rubber heels, fast service, courteous, ample public parking in back and back entrance from parking area. Will def use again. Going to tell my friends on fb about this place.

I had a pair of boots that I tried to repair myself. Big mistake apparently. Other places said they were ruined. I took them to Sams and they exceeded my expectations. They were honest but willing to try. They saved my boots and had them back earlier than they told me. Their prices were well below what I anticipated. If I had gone to them first it would have been cheaper than the shoe glue I bought.

This place is great! Its a must go to for a great shoe repair! I called around and no one could help me out. Everyone one said "to busy" or "Bring it in but I cant touch it till mid week" Well I needed it done asap! I called up and the lady said to bring it in she might be able to fix it. No less then 5min my shoe was back in action! Reinforced and everything! Price was great and I was shocked because I was expecting to pay more! If I ever need something fixed again I will be going done to them no question about it. The shoe I had fixed was my Mountain / Road Bike shoe.
