I was looking to replace my old Air Conditioner and a Reeds Technician stopped by to to give me an estimate. He explained that my old system had many recalls and service alerts, also that my duct work in the attic could be improved. So I had them install a new Rudd A/c unit and with all the improvements they made to the duct work, my house is nice and cool in every room! I actually have to raise the temperature because the house is too cold from my normal temperature setting of 72! GREAT JOB!

Reed came to the rescue! Hubby couldn’t remove filter and thought we did damage to AC unit. Damian from Reed came immediately to check everything out. Was thorough professional and reassuring. Terry is sweet as can be! Frank the owner got back to us immediately to make sure Terry called us and she in turn sent Damien out. Just a wonderful bunch of caring people. Highly highly recommend Reed!!!!. Reed went above and beyond as always.

This is the fourth time I’ve used Reed’s Heating and Cooling. They are on time, do excellent work and explain everything clearly. We will definitely use them again. Actually, we already are - they’re going to service my mom’s air conditioner.
