Always an amazing ordering experience, from beginning to end, Great customer service to. @terrel s I don't know what happened but sounds pretty out of the ordinary for them; also, for the record, its run real small business type, for instance, jay (who i think owns the company) is full time available to reach out to witch i encourage you to do.
