Dealt with David he answered his phone right away and got me an appointment right away. He was nice and knowledgeable and advised my husband of all he was doing. He unfortunately has had to go behind the original person that was out to my home prior to my purchasing it but we now have heat and we couldn't be happier with his service. We will definitely use him in the future if need be!! Definitely worth using if you need help with your heater or AC. I will refer him to anyone I know that needs service.

not a business man hired my son to work and kept him out till 9pm told him to be ready 845 next morning and never showed or called. finally said hell drop off pay when in area. never did i call to inquire about it and was told to go f myself

What a pleasure to deal with . I called on a Sunday for a minor AC issue and he answered his phone right away on the first try . Dr freeze assured me that he will come check out my problem right away , and he did . Luckily within a few minutes of arriving he realized that everything was fine and that no work needed to be done . When I asked him what I owe for his trouble he answered that he would not except any payment because he was in my neighborhood anyway and that it's no big deal. What a nice and honest company ! I will definitely be using them for my future HVAC needs . Thank you Dr Freeze !
