I have gifted several Broadway gift baskets. The baskets are always stunning and present very well. The recipients are always impressed, and express an appreciation for the contents of the basket. Whenever I have had an issue or concern, Broadway has been empathetic and prompt to address the issue. Broadway has become my one of my favorite go-to gifts.
Ordered a chocolate gift basket. Received a cheap bag of pretzels some rock hard cookies . Popcorn and some sweet and salty mix. Not a single piece of chocolate to be found. Stay far away . Customer service was zero help . I could of bought everything I received at the grocery store for around $8.00 . Complete rip off.
Sadly, this company is horrible to work with. No gift note was placed on the gift I had sent and I didn’t receive any acknowledgment my gift had been delivered. When I contacted customer service they were less than helpful.
