I came in shortly after the accident, quite upset. David at the front desk sat me down, offered me a coffee and helped me reach out to insurance. He calmed me down and helped me clear my car and even assisted in getting me a rental.
They were in contact with me throughout the process and fixed my car quickly and it looks as good as new (actually looks better than it did before the accident).
I hope you never need a body shop, but if you do, I highly recommend Allstate.

Allstate was wonderful! They replaced the rear of my car after an accident and it looks brand new (a tough task for a 14 year old car). When I returned to pick it up not only had they done beautiful work but also fully detailed the interior and exterior for me. 12/10 would recommend this shop!
