“These guys do great work, and are very reliable. I have use them for years and trust the work. Unfortunately the customer service from the office staff and answering service is terrible. It took 3 calls to the answering service to get a technician to call me back to help me figure out if I needed someone to come out after hours, or if there was button I could push that I wasn't aware of. After speaking with the technician Kyle it was clear that I needed someone to come out. Kyle explained the difference between the regular rate and the after hours rate so I could make a decision. He came right out and fixed the furnace, and answered all of my questions patiently. When I got my bill in an email the next day it was not broken out parts/labor. I replied to the email asking for a break out of the charges. I did not receive a reply. When I called the office and asked for a break out the woman who answered the phone (Nancy?) got belligerent with me and offered to come to my house and take the part back off of my furnace. WOW! I have used JK for many years and the service guys have always been great to deal with. Don't expect that from the current office staff.“
