I had some concerns with the gas fireplace that was in the house we recently bought. Through e-mail and texts, I conversed with Warren and explained to him my concerns. He was able to direct me to where I could fine the specific numbers for my insert and was able to order the parts I was concerned about. He ordered the parts and scheduled me for service. Jim, their technician showed up on time and went right to work explaining to me everything that he was doing and confirmed that my concerns were warranted. After completing the service, the fireplace is working like new. I cannot say enough good things about this company and their commitment to providing excellent service. I highly recommend them!
