Eileen and Ed are wonderful! Both are very professional, kind and personable. When Ed arrived, he told me the inspection should take between two and two and a half hours. It took three and that’s a good thing! It shows that Ed is very conscientious with his work, paying extra close to attention to the details of the house. He answered any and all questions, even offering to be available in the days ahead if I have more questions. I fully recommend Eagle Home Inspections and will definitely use them in the future!
Ed has inspected my past 2 home purchases and has exceeded expectations each time. He's thorough, knowledgable, and responsive. Eileen made it easy to get scheduled, even on short notice, and was communicative throughout the entire process. Can't recommend them enough!
