“Wayne Johnson and Sons replaced my gutter a few years ago and did an excellent job. They determined I could install a wider gutter to collect water and eliminate some annoying leaders.
Recently, I contacted them because I needed to color match a piece of my existing leader to extend further away from the foundation. The person I called was so helpful and said they would be in the area and it dropped a piece of the leader off.
I appreciated their help so many years later as a former customer. The peace of mind to have the water diverted away from the foundation/house.

Roofing has been the best I have ever had, to date, with a member of the trades. As a woman with a background in building science, far too many of my experiences with tradespeople that are men have been assuming my ignorance, being condescended to, being cut off and spoken over, and, sadly, receiving estimates from those that I have learned should not be in construction at all due to their lack of knowledge and often combined with an ingrained work culture to just get it done fast, instead of get it done right.Cafo is different. He was on time to the estimate, he was highly respectful, he was friendly, he was knowledgeable, he listened to me and even apologized for accidently cutting me off at one point, and it is highly apparent that he truly loves what he does.While he had an employee accompany him, HE climbed my roof himself to inspect and came back to me with an honest assessment and quote on the spot. “Not sure why we went with anyone else, but long story short after a terrible run with another company who left our roof unresolved with a leak and ghosted us for a year, we can now thank Bay Roofing for helping to resolve the issue and now live happily with a LEAK FREE roof and a skylight that now sees the light of day instead of a blue tarp (which was the solution for over a year). The other company? Northkit Roofing. It was a long and stressful road to this point but let's just say champagne is on ice and will be enjoyed at some point this week. “I found American home remodeling during the pandemic when we were considering finishing our back yard. They offered a reasonable price for a patio but we weren't ready at the time. Fast forward 2 years and we were finally ready and they came back with a solid estimate but had to raise the price. They were definite not inexpensive but they made up for that with the quality and quickness of the work. I had an entire 1000 sq ft paver patio and fire pit put in with a zipper drain and the pitch of the ground done to eliminate water pooling toward the house. They showed up when they said they would (with a slight reschedule here and there) and they finished the patio within 2 weeks. It's beautiful and very well installed. They also dug a trench on the side of my house where I get water pooling and fixed a crack in my foundation and installed a zipper drain there tying into my downspouts. They also built a fence for me a few weeks later and completed that job in a day. The finishing and professionalism was good. See the pics attached. It cheap but you get what you pay for. A job done quickly andas expected and no games with the pricing or up charging.“

“We used Feher for our new roof, siding and gutters. Jim was our main contact, and we couldn't be happier with the results. We had a comprehensive estimate drawn up and the work was completed as quickly as possible. The roof was removed and the new one installed in one day, with the old material placed in the dumpster. Siding was next, with a foreman always on site, and Jim just a phone call away. We added some items along the way, and it was never a problem to adjust the plan. The gutters and leaf guards were done in less than a day. We are very pleased with our updated exteriors. We would not hesitate to use Feher again, and would recommend the company to others.“
