I did not use their services for pool installation; however I'm giving 3 stars for the sloppy quote/estimate process with Tom Lobrow.
I spoke to a number of different pool companies before choosing Custom Pool Pros (and their sister company Brick Paver Pros). They had a great portfolio of work, positive reviews from clients and were very responsive throughout the process. We're extremely pleased with our pool and patio, and consistently impressed with everyone on the team. We'd recommend Custom Pool Pros without hesitation.
