I worked with Ryan, Ron, Shay and Rob over a period of 1 week. They were all very respectful, laser focused, conscientious and mindful. Ryan showed great leadership skills and was extremely knowledgeable. Linda was great from the office and kept me updated. I feel I can make this assessment since I had major work done and they were with me for 5 days. This is the kind of team work you would hope for considering the importance of proper electrical work. Earlier this week we had a bizarre issue where we could not get our dishwasher to work in the circuit was on continued to trip. I wasn’t sure if Shay’s team would be able to get to us late on Friday. Their team member showed up around 6 PM on Friday and worked on our issue for three hours including outdoors with a flashlight replacing the necessary circuitry to ensure that our outdoor lights and our dishwasher, which were interfering with one another, were working again and that we could use our appliances safely. It was a great customer experience and I will definitely go back if I need electrical work.
