“My first time at 3D, and I am very particular and meticulous with what I like done and to my nails. Nancy listened to all my request and was very nice about it. She did a great job. Very clean, and the detail was precise. Only thing I didn’t like is that the place smells A LOT like chemicals and acrylic. I know it’s a nail salon BUT, there is a way to filter out that smell. Not every salon smells like that. Other than that, pretty satisfied. Thank you“

Our son was hysterical the entire time because of previous haircut experiences and Mark did the best that he could given the way our son was handling the haircut. Mark showed him the water spraying out of the bottle and talked to him each step of the way. Fast forward to the second time we brought him to Mark and once again, Mark talked him through each step and told him what would happen before it did. Mark is so patient and talented. “Best nail salon i've been to in a long time. Michael is very knowledgeable and took the time to make sure my nails were done right and did not rush my appointment. I felt like it was a very personal appointment and I did not feel like just another dollar sign to this business. Michael also did not treat me differently due to my medical condition of my hands being super clammy, he actually provided me something to help with it during my appointment. This place made me feel like I was very much valued, and I had every single question answered and any concerns were conquered. I truly, 100% recommend this salon to anyone. Being a person who's always had acrylic and switched to gel due to multiple reasons (this salon does only gel - no acrylic) I'm very happy to have switched and will never go back. I also would like to mention that during my appointment, we discussed what nail shape would work best for my nails (I get falsies) and we determined which length would also work great and not damage my nails. I am extremely satisfied and over the moon with my nails, it's almost as if they're my own. They don't look like the ones you buy from walmart and glue on or a giant booger with a top coat.
