I had an amazing experience since the beginning when I scheduled a test drive, I received a text from Jessica who was very helpful with my initial questions. The day of my appointment, I went with my wife and our little doggy and we were greeted with a smile from everybody; our salesman Ramon Guadalupe was incredible, extreme friendly and no pressure approach, we test drove two vehicles and they had one that was everything we were looking for. Negotiation was smooth and easy-going, with no hidden fees or warranties during the paperwork, and in about an hour, I was driving my new BMW i4 M50. Also, I want to mention that Juan and Ivan from the service department were very attentive and friendly during a visit for a safety recall I did recently. Once again, thanks BMW of Roxbury and especially Ramon for putting a smile on my face every morning while driving my car.

Third time leasing my vehicle and this time was by far the best experience I have had !!! Greg , Andres and Ramon were amazing !! They took there time explaining everything and Greg showed me every feature on my new car ... you guys are awesome !!!
