We walked into Able Security with a solid brass door handle that stopped working. Able Security made everything so EASY, and was professional, yet personable and friendly. They were able to locate a similar lockset handle and we got it to match the hardware on our screen door. Excellent service, fast turn around, great warrantee on the hardware we purchased. So helpful with extra tips and information. I'd go back if needed in a heartbeat! What we got through Able Security was 10X better than going to a big box store! Support a small business!

Stopped to have an " old key" duplicated and was relieved to find a knowledgeable key guy running the store. Michael Chiarella was friendly and a pleasure to deal with, making a duplicate that worked perfectly! Next time I need a lock or key, I know where to go. Thank you Mike for a job well done. I went here to have a key made for a storm door that I didn’t have any keys to. I brought the lock in and they were able to make a key for it for a reasonable price. Quick, professional, and overall great service.
