Meyer & Depew sent a technician to diagnose and try to repair the AC. Tried everything and finally declared it dead. Within hours an AC installation specialist was there and less than a day later we had everything installed.The install specialist, Al is a real pro. He anticipates the questions, patiently walked me through the options and all the discounts and other services we were entitled to. Al followed up the next day during installation and again a week later to make sure everything was working properly. Johnathan is great! He is professional, very respectful, works neatly and genuinely cares about doing the best job possible. He is very thorough and knowledgeable. I appreciate his attention to detail and the way he took his time making sure our issue was resolved!
