A true test of the quality of a business is how they handle issues, While the floor that Gio Floors installed was impeccable, there was an issue with the floor material. When I called Gio, he immediately came out to check, and determined it was an issue with the floor material. He went back to the supplier and was able to get a replacement and fixed everything within one week. Again, I cannot recommend Gio Floors enough.
Gio is super personable and his crew is so professional and boy do they work clean.

Gio hardwood flooring was absolutely amazing. My floors came out beautiful. The entire staff was very respectful, professional, punctual, understanding and very friendly. They answered all my questions and were very patient with me during the whole process. Gio was very understanding at all times and very patient with all the delays I had. I am going to be honest I renovated my entire home and hired plenty of contractors and Gio is hands down my favorite. He was honest, fair, reliable, dependable, friendly, compassionate and most of all understanding. Thank you Gio and your staff for an outstanding service. I will never forget all of your kindness.

Fair and competitive pricing. They replaced my kitchen and bathroom tile with vinyl planking. Leveled a bad spot on the floor and repaired a damaged subfloor. In and out in 2 days. I will be calling them soon to refinish the rest of the floors on my home.
