I honestly cannot say enough about Maureen Mulligan. I knew immediately upon meeting with Maureen that we were in good hands. She is very honest and knowledgeable about the real estate market and guided us through every step of selling our home. She listed my 2 family home for significantly more that I had expected and we received multiple offers after just one Open House and a few private showings for above asking price.
