“From start to finish, my experience with Ciel Power was great! It began with an energy audit, which was done professionally and the gentleman who came to my house was nice enough to work around contractors rebuilding a staircase, cats, and my 3 year old wreaking havoc!I then had a phone call scheduled with Mason to go over the results of the audit and his proposal for improvements. Let me tell you... I hate a hard sell, and I typically hate these types of phone calls because of the pressure they put on me to make a decision. This phone call was nothing like that- Mason was friendly, informative, patient, and most importantly, not at all pushy. He laid out all the information, answered all of my questions, and helped me understand every step.I also subjected him to countless questions through emails and follow up calls, as I hemmed and hawed over getting the work done, and finally I ended up going with everything proposed, including insulation blow into all wall cavities, air sealing, and insulating the knee walls and floors in my attic. Mason was a saint through everything and all of the workers who came were also very helpful and professional.My attic is now amazingly cool even on a hot day, warm on cold days, and the house no longer feels drafty. I'm very glad we got the work done, especially since it only ended up being a small fee out of pocket, and the rest will come out of our PSEG bill over the next 15 years. I expect to save a good amount on heating and cooling costs, and I'm also just thrilled to have a more comfortable household, so it was well worth it!“

“Update: I have been continuously working with Zaina Service Tech for the past 3 years and I highly recommend them. Highly technical and fair.I used Zaina after having gone through 5 different companies trying to identify my AC issues. My AC unit wasn't cooling and I called Zaina to see what's going on. Every year I have this problem twice a year. People would come out and just try to fix the issue by refilling the refrigerant, nobody was able to identify why the system was leaking. Zaina came out to my house multiple times to try to identify the issues. He had a lot of tech/tools with him and was able to identify the leak and show my exactly what was going on with my unit. A problem 5 different companies wasted my money and never able to figure out.After getting a quote from him, he gave me a great price on replacing my unit. He was honest from the first call and being an engineer myself, I saw how thorough he is in his work. He replaced my unit in 1 day and tested every little detail of the new system. “I called Mike when my heating system stopped working at the start of this winter. I left a voicemail and he called me back quickly. He came to inspect my system and said he could fix it, but ultimately needed to be replaced because of how old it was and the poor work the previous company had done. He clearly explained in detail what was wrong with it, and that even if repaired there were still some concerns about performance and safety. We ultimately had Mike replace our system and he finished the job in one week without any problems. Most importantly he was on time every single day and worked full days to ensure completion. He explained every step along the way and made sure to always clean up and respect our home. He's easy to talk to, trustworthy, and simply works as if he's working in his own home. It was a relief to find someone as skilled as him and someone I could rely on to get the job done. Our new system is incredibly efficient and works great.
