Hand & Stone Massage and Facial Spa

Received my first facial today with Destiny and it truly was amazing. She was very knowledgeable and explained so much about my skin and the products that would be good for me. She also gave me recommendations and the best facial massage. Will be seeing her monthly! Thank you, Destiny?

I have been a member for about a year and a half, mostly visiting the Montclair location. Today, I had a 9am appointment, and at 8:55am, my massage therapist and I were outside waiting for the office staff to open the office. The therapist apologized as she knew there wouldn't be enough time to prepare the room and provide my full 45-minute massage. The office staff arrived at 9:01, and my massage didn't start until 9:15, meaning I couldn't receive the full session due to my therapist's next appointment at 10am. Massage was great but it was NOT 1 hour like scheduled, they were late 10 minutes said they would add the time to the massage but finished 10 min short of the hour and didn’t add the additional ten minutes of lateness so overall they only gave me a 40 minute massage not 60. That was disappointing and I did let the front desk know. Same thing happened to my husband so apparently this is a trend.
