Carlos was great--very attentive and skilled. He really listened to what I wanted and gave me the exact cut I was looking for. The shop felt authentic and they offer beverages when you arrive, which was a nice addition. I will definitely be returning!
Not sure why the negative reviews. I’ve come here a few times and have always had a great experience. Slightly pricey but you get what you pay for. Wendy does amazing cuts! She was running a bit behind with the customer before, was apologetic and gave me the time and service as expected. Will definitely come back!
Rich is the man! Went in for the first time, but it felt like I was reconnecting with an old friend. Great conversation, and more importantly, he’s a master of his craft. This place strikes the balance between professional and comfortable.
