Syed, another technician, was available on a weekend to resolve an AC issue for a tenant promptly. As a single woman who owns her own home, it can be next to impossible to find competent tradesman who aren’t either trying to rip you off or ignoring your requests altogether, so it was a breath of fresh air when Syed answered my call and came out immediately to check out my boiler issue. Despite other plumbers insisting I needed a complete replacement, Syed was able to get it up and running in no time -- all while offering me advice on how to maintain it on my own.

We had an issue with the heat at our Airbnb due to a power outage, and the situation could have easily been written off as “out of their control.” However, Syed went above and beyond. Instead of leaving when he realized the issue was related to electricity, he creatively found a solution by installing an extension cord to a working outlet, which allowed the heat to function until the power was fully restored.
His willingness to think outside the box, take initiative, and make sure we were comfortable truly stood out. Excellent service, professionalism, and dedication—highly recommend this HVAC company.
