Place is going downhill. You pay $375 a month in HOA and the security now leaves the gates wide open at night and when you ask the unprofessional, inexperienced, young and uncaring kids they hire why, they give you an attitude and ask why you’re asking “them questions” really? Ok so basically anyone and I mean anyone can drive into the “gated community” now without question, so safety of the past is out the door and the HOA fee you’re paying for “security” is a scam. Also taxes are going up also. Place is not what it used to be, especially if there’s no security, isn’t that what you’re paying for?
