I am purchasing a condo and needed someone to make sure the heaters turns on. My original appointment was canceled so asked if Palomino heating can come out as an emergency call. The owner showed up when he said he would the morning of and turned on the heater to make sure it works. When asked if he takes venmo he said no need since he didn't do any work on it. We were so grateful. He seems he genuinely cares about his business. I love that he cares about long term customer relationships.
