Amazing service. The staff is super friendly. The location is easily accessible.
The fire and ice cold plunge is amazing.
Highly recommended if you want an ice bath therapy for stress management.
What a fantastic overnight experience in the EE System! I've used the system countless times for two hour sessions but this was completely on a different level. Such a nice place to sleep in, great amenities and a very calm atmosphere. Would highly recommend trying this experience. I feel rested, rejuvenated and balanced. From the moment I walked in, the staff was incredibly welcoming, patient, and thorough in explaining all the procedures. The ambiance exudes good vibes, and the cleanliness is top-notch.
