The doctors and staff here are outstanding. Dr Franchelli was very thorough. The billing dept is a nightmare that made me switch doctors. They bill for follow up visits and CO pays that were paid on date of service and then send letters for collection.
I have been going to Metropolitan Dermatology for 5+ years, I had a situations with skin cancer, they were great and resolved the issue. Now I go for my regular check ups and they address anypre-cancerous spots. I have a highly recommend them.Excellent experience from Francelli Bello in treating my issue. Great communication from Dr. Alex Doctoroff & his concern for my skin cancer issues. Plus Dr Mayden and staff are terrific as I had 3 Mohs surgeries all very successful.
Dr Lainey is Excellent. Very knowledgeable & informative & kind. The office staff were very efficient & EVERYONE is very kind. Wait time was perfect/efficient. Dr Laney diagnosed me immensely for a condition I’ve suffered with almost my whole life that other doctors hadn’t mentioned. I hope hope now for some relief.
