Great place, the staff is very friendly and the wait time is basically non-existent, I never had to wait. They are also very transparent and gave me a quote on how much I would have to pay before starting anything. Highly recommend visiting them.

A genuine pleasure dealing with everybody at the office. As a wheelchair user from an SCI, I've usually had fairly negative experiences with dentist offices. Mostly due to the inaccessibility of most practices. Being that it's so difficult to find an office that I can actually get into as well as transfer into the treatment chair I am extremely grateful that it is so easy for me to receive care at journal square dentistry. Besides the fact that I can get into the office easily into the treatment area easily and with a little bit of maneuvering safely, transfer myself via transfer board onto the treatment chair. The entire team is very friendly and willing to help. I really like that the secretaries explain to me what my insurance covers and what I have to pay. I also like that they text and call me to remind me of my cleaning appointments every year. The doctor is very professional and always friendly.
