Joelle took care of everything: finding the painters, overseeing the painting and patching, staging the apartment, getting the fire safety certificate, making sure all furniture was removed from the apartment, obtaining documents from the managing agent, and much more. She has an excellent handle on the real estate market and perfectly positioned our apartment. We got an above asking offer in just 7 days on the market! She was always easy to reach by email, phone, or text. The lawyer she recommended to us was also easily reachable, as well as highly competent and resourceful. She was great!
