The technician Steve was very professional and thorough. He found a big hole near a lighting fixture and a crack in the vent hood where critters have been getting in. Haven’t heard any activity in the ceiling since and have such peace of mind. What a relief! Highly recommend. “American Roofing stands behind their work 100% It was more than 10 years since they put our roof on. We were experiencing lots of rain storms w/heavy winds. We noticed water coming in and called American Roofing. Mike responded immediately he said he wanted to take care of it before the storm started. They found it was the flashing around the chimney, his guys went u our 3 story home in Nutley and fixed it before the rain started. He didn’t even charge us for his time. “We had a leak in our bathroom and it turned out to be a hole in the vent on the roof. Jose was able to do a full roof inspection on our 100 year old slate roof and recommend some repairs. He took pictures beforehand so you can see what was wrong. We had a tanker gutter issue in the front (I had a different contractor fix the rear one a few years prior.) They were able to fix it all in a day. A few weeks later we noticed another leak (when it rains it pours!) in a different spot we had not told them about originally. They were able to come back, remove the tiles, fix the underlying problem and did it at no additional cost. I would definitely recommend them for any minor or major roofing issue.“
