I had an amazing experience for my birthday, the lovely employee name LILY took her time and was precise on making sure all acrylic toes were perfect, she even recommended an amazing design for my pedicure.

I walked in and got sat down very fast. I showed the tech a picture of what I wanted. Short round stilettos, she said ok multiple times that she understood. Half way though I realized that she did not understand and had just gave me a regular gel manicure. Though they were ok, it was not what I wanted.As you can see from the picture, my cuticles were rushed. I do understand there was a miscommunication /language barrier from both me and her. So that's why I im only giving a 3 out of 5. I read reviews before I went and gave them the benefit of the doubt. I will listen to the reviews next time.*Picture taken later in the day*
