I'm not gonna lie, this class was really hard. I'm trying to take as many classes that I can in various studios to see what I like. doing best. I've tried barre, I've tried Solidcore and now I gave F45 a shot. I have a friend who's been going there for just over four years and she loves it, so I said that if she came with me, I would give it a try. I really really liked that. there was a DJ on Saturday that made the work out really fun. The constant switching to different stations, also made it fun, just as you got tired or bored of a certain exercise, it was time to switch. You do a mix of cardio and weights. Highly recommend the fitness studio. The coaches (Justin, Juan, Haddy, and the list goes on) are the true rockstars and so amazing.They push you while understanding and keeping your limits in mind.This studio has taught me how to face our own fears, how fitness is not about losing weight only rather seeing that as an output while you work hard and build strength.If you’re ever thinking about “giving this studio a try”, don’t think more and just sign up. The first few classes will be tough. Trust me I have gone to many gyms, met numerous trainers and tried all sorts of workouts that this universe has to offer. I had my reservations about f45 but my gosh I am so happy that I joined and stayed with F45 exchange place. Great workouts run by even greater people (even through the tough times in pandemic). I even tried other f45 classes in different locations and THIS is the best studio. I miss the whole vibe, people and sweat dearly. Thank you. F45 the workout is replicable (literally world wide) but not the community at Exchange Place.
