Well here it is, 5 stars for Castro refrigeration, I purchased a French door fridge from Castro in 2015, and I am putting it to the curb today in 2023, for a fridge to last nearly another decade for $800. is nothing less than 5 stars, thank you again.

I had an issue with my just out of warranty dishwasher, Henry came by within a day, ascertained that it was a computer glitch, had me turn off the dw for 24 hours, and that reset the computer. I just got charged for the service call. Henry is a good guy and very competent. And if my problem recurs, I know how to fix it myself! I will use Castro's again, for sure...

Our fridge was not cooling so I called Castros on a Thursday and they were able to come the following Monday. Henry showed up in the allotted window and even called to tell me he was on his way. Henry checked all possible problems and was able to diagnose the motherboard. He had the part on him and replaced it right away. He kept the area tidy and offered great advice. Henry was very pleasant to chat with and informed of cost upfront before starting repairs. He saved us from having to buy a new fridge. I highly recommend Henry and Castros refrigeration.
