They answered all of our questions along the way and provided the necessary guidance along the way. The project finished within the timeline we were initially provided and there were no "hidden" or "surprise" costs that came up along the way. If were to ever need another kitchen redone we would definitely use them again.“

“Intelligent Kitchen is a GEM and located in my UWS neighborhood too. I came across Intelligent Kitchen (IK) as my family was in need of design and project management help for our apartment renovation. We had met with a number of design build firms but were not finding what we were looking for in personalized attention. When I first met IK, the project was a certain size - one kitchen and one bathroom, possibly two bathrooms. After we met IK, heard their ideas and shared some of our dream items for our family home, we decided to re-design our ENTIRE apartment using IK as our design team for architectural services and selections across 2300 interior square feet. This included redesigning our apartment layout, tripling the size of our kitchen and gutting 3 full bathrooms and enhancing one other bathroom. We could not have done it without Lauren, Olga, Adriana and the entire IK team of designers and project managers. IK is on top of it all. We had weekly design and logistics meetings that included our budget tracking and our selection tracking. They were able to show us what our apartment was going to look like through amazing renderings that were so life-like, it was the first time I was able to truly see what I was putting together. They worked with us on finishing selections, coordination with the contracting team over 6 months with multiple weekly visits, the architect and expeditors, the ancillary services and resources for glass, marble, cabinetry and more. I could trust him and he kept me updated each step of the way with my board and batten installation at my house. He offered many additional tips on the best way to proceed with rest of my project as well. Couldn’t be nicer and easier to work with.incredible craftsmanship and knowledge and he milled his perfect wood himself for the job at his shop. No sup-rises. Contract was very fair and up front and he had previously given a previous estimate that was free.“

“I scaled down and moved from the house into a condo. Because of a smaller space, I wanted to make sure I use every inch of it well. I had The Closet Builder install 5 closets including a kitchen pantry and a walk-in. Norbert, who came out to my place did a good job with the design and generally, I like the quality of the materials and the way they look. I also felt that the price is good. There is one design problem in the largest of them -- my walk-in closet -- and two months later I am still having trouble getting his attention and getting it fixed. That's disappointing. Otherwise, I would have given them 5 stars and an enthusiastic review.“
