Quick and very professional service from Hany. He was very professional, polite and was quick to check on the issue I faced on my oven range . I was able to get a same.day appointment and am very happy with the service I received.
Was fortunate to have worked with Hany from Amazon HVAC and couldn’t be happier with their services. Mr. Hany offers true professionalism and experience. A previous tech did very little to troubleshoot my refrigerator and over quoted the parts needed for repair.I provided Hany with the information offered from the previous technician but Hany did his own due diligence, troubleshot the condition and found the root cause that prevented my fridge from cooling and making ice. I called Amazon Appliance repair on a Sunday afternoon and spoke with Rachel. She had a technician out to my apartment within 30 minutes to repair my refrigerator. Hany, the technician, also called in advance to provide his time of arrival. He arrived promptly, diagnosed the issue, was transparent about pricing to fix it and then fixed it and cleaned up within 20 minutes. Rachel and Hany saved the day. I highly recommend. Great service from start to finish.
