It's a very friendly and warm atmosphere! There was actually no plan for me to join the last appointment for my pet cat, as another family member tends to bring him, so I was very appreciative of the vet taking time out to speak to me. My cat has diabetes and seems to have some sort of gastric issues, and I was able to discuss these concerns while doing just routine blood work.
When a large dog needed to come out, one of the techs brought my cat out of sight so he wouldn't get scared, and also chatted with me. There are also pamphlets near the desk with information, including about pet insurance that they take. It was overall enjoyable.

Brought my 14 yr old dog in . Unfortunately he was very ill and had to be euthanized . The dr and office staff could not have been more compassionate. I greatly appreciated the care they showed to my self and my boy .
My 17 year old cat was very sick and I had to make the hard decision to put her to sleep. All of the staff were very compassionate, kind and understanding. They comforted me and made my tough decision easier. I highly recommend them.
