Alicia gave me exactly what I wanted even though I was extremely tentative and vague about what I was going for when I walked in. Everyone was kind and welcoming, the salon was very clean and beautiful, and the station I had my hair cut and styled at was very cozy feeling. I even purchased product, which is something I never did at my previous salons, because what was used on my hair just felt incredible.TL;DR: Ego does literally everything right, if you love yourself and your hair, book an appointment.“

“Got my haircut at the FreeHold Hair Salon yesterday by Rachel. I couldn't be more pleased. I don't know how many times I have left other salons and noticed a few stray hairs that were missed, especially after the first shower. It looks as great today as it did yesterday. She did a great job, perfect with the trimmers around the ears, the neckline in the back and my sideburns. Well work the money. If you get a cut from Rachel, you will be pleased.Service: Haircut“

“I’ve been a member for what seems like forever and I’ve had nearly every service. Hand and stone Toms River is such a relaxing atmosphere I never want to leave and I often show up 15-20 minutes early to decompress. The staff at the front is always friendly and tries to accommodate in any way they can. The therapists are amazing you cannot go wrong (of course I have my favorites Allison for a massage and Marissa for a facial). Book well in advance because they do fill up quickly.“
