“Mark and Will, you guys are miracle workers! ? It has been nothing but uphill for me ever since my last visit with you!! It doesn't even feel like I had a spinal fusion anymore! I feel fantastic! I haven't had any back pain or stiffness anywhere. My x-rays are all looking perfect! I'm back to full capacity at work, lifting 50 pounds with ease (when I have to) thanks to you guys! ? Of course I lift how you showed me and I haven't had a single issue! And of course I don't push myself to do too much at work.
