Top notch experience! We recently used Empire for mold remediation in our crawl space and utility/laundry room. The entire staff made the process so easy and as pleasant as possible (pleasant and home repair don't usually go together). From the initial assessment through the final check, everyone from Empire we dealt with was incredibly knowledgable, polite and accommodating. I hired Empire Restoration to perform work at my Condo at the Jersey Shore. Bathroom and Bedroom restoration due to an issue with water damage.
From the start I dealt with Lyndsay in the office who did original assessment of project. She was helpful, courteous, and professional. Pleasure to deal with.
The work was performed by Tom Gallagher and his work partner Devon. Could not be more happy with finished project. Tom had great suggestions as project moved on and work was completed on time. Beautiful Job Tom and Devon.

There aren't enough characters to express how great Empire is. From top to bottom EVERY employee is great and from my experience, customer service is the cornerstone of the business. My family home experience a major flood at the start of 2025 and with little direction on what to do, I was recommended Empire and the rest is history. From the mitigation and remediation process, to the clean up and then the overall rebuild, Empire IS GREAT. Very trust worthy company that cares about the customer and their needs.
