In May 2022, Accomplish Remodeling/Darrin did a living room remodel for me. After several attempts to set up appointments so he can come and start the work, he started and completed the work and it was done beautifully. I contacted him back to do remodeling for two bathrooms. One bathroom needed to be done right away and later we would do the other. He ordered the supplies and completed the job.He suggested doing a backsplash for the bathrooms and I agreed, he said he would order it and he would come by and take care of it. That project ended in May 2022. in October 2022 The backsplash has still not been applied to the bathroom that was completed but resentfully, I hired him to do the other bathroom, Which he completed and was done wonderfully, but the backsplash in both bathrooms weren't finished yet. So all jobs were supposed to be done by October of 2022. After several months of contacting him and asking him when the job would be completed. He finally responded in January of 2023 telling me to "relax" that it wasn't his fault the orders were coming in damaged..?? I left several messages, emails and text message.. all of which I still have. most of the time I didn't get a response. I would have to text him multiple times, emailed him multiple times, call the office multiple times and I continue to get excuses as to why the job could not be completed or no response at all. finally after several months of waiting I told him to return the money and I would complete the job myself. For another month he made excuses as to why he couldn't come..I continue to contact him asking for the sku number and I would order it myself..several more weeks went by without a response or I was given excuses..Finally I explained to him that the job needed to be completed and if it wasn't, I was going to follow the legal route. I got a nasty voicemail about all the excuses he was having. In reality, he just wouldn't find the time to do it I asked him for several months to give me the SKU number and model number so that I could order it myself. in February after several months of asking for the information, I finally received it, and noted that there were several in the area that could be picked up at the store. Interesting...Yes he does great work but he's unreliable. Doesn't return phone calls, text messages you in the middle of the night. I found his excuses to be unreliable. In conclusion, yes, he does good work but be prepared to wait and wait and wait for the job to be completed. There is no excuse as to why this job took several months to complete. I paid him in full when the job was completed even though the backsplash is weren't applied. I had reservation about this and told him I wasn't comfortable paying for it in full because it hadn't been completed. But stupidly I did. It would've taken him 10 minutes to put the backsplash is on and complete both bathrooms. I've noticed on other websites that anybody who gave him a bad review was replied to with aggressive verbiage, claiming they ruined his integrity. So I expect the same response here. The reality is that it took him several months to complete a job after he was paid. The money went through, but there's no excuses for not returning phone calls for making up excuses and for his aggressive behavior. I am happy to be done, and I will never use your services again.

Absolutely thrilled with the work that Darrin did for us. We brought him in to install our bathroom door and trim and ended up using him to fix some tile, install our shower doors and fix our kitchen cabinets that hadn't been installed correctly. He is very knowledgeable, professional and communicates well. He was on time and explained everything he was doing to ensure it was exactly what I wanted. His prices were fair and we really appreciated the pride he takes in his work. We are so happy with his work and have started thinking about the next project he can do for us. It's so hard to find a contractor that you can trust - so grateful that we found Darrin - I highly recommend him.

I had a bad experience with Accomplished Remodeling,we sign a contract on March 13 the date he promise to finish the work was to be may 23 by may 23 nothing was done I still had no kitchen or bathrooms the house was a mess, he damage my basement door and he damage my patio slider door and installed in wrong,he also cut my shower tiles with the wrong tool and install it wrong, he install the wrong shower valve in my shower and it could not pass inspecton,downstairs shower base was put in off center,he was never on the job for a full day,came there for 3hr then he had to run home ,he never completed anything he started,for 3 months he couldn't even get the right permits,darrin is being sued for a breach of contract and damage that was done to my home,what he couldn't do in 3 months I had another contractor do in in 1 week,he talks a good talk but gets nothing done,he should become a photographer he loves to take pictures he should put that enthusiasm in his work.now I know why he left Connecticut.He also has no help,he works alone,that was another lie he told me he had workers.Goodluck to anyone who hires darrin
