We had an issue with my families plot. We dealt with Patty and Frank (Fran). They were both extremely responsive & accommodating. They immediately addressed our issues and took care of it the next day. We really appreciate everything they did for us. Thank you!

I had an issue w the plants on my grandfathers grave. Spoke w Kim and she resolved the issue in one day. She had them replace the plants so they would match my grandmothers.
Kim’s attention and customer service was amazing.

Front desk person couldn’t locate my father’s grave. Location was entered incorrectly in computer. Map is useless and not detailed. Finally 3 young groundskeepers went to area and searched on foot for 20 minutes while I waited in the car with Mom. Eureka, they finally found it and agreed the place is completely disorganized. For example, Row Y is marked “E” on the ground but listed as Row I in computer. Good luck.
