Wouldn’t use their service for selling the hope if didn’t enroll the Hyatt Legal Service (hence have cancelled HLS next year too). Here’s why:- They charged you several hundred bucks “miscellaneous fee” at the end even though the their service was covered by HLS plan. Of course they didn’t disclose at beginning- I wouldn’t have had any interactions with the attorney if I didn’t make decision to sign the document at his office (as I don’t have printer at home). Very greedy law firm, will bite big on you when you put the trust on him, be very careful, stay away !!!Hou charged lots of extra fees even the case was small, I was one big victim years ago selling a property under him as an escrow lawyer, he took a big bite before escrow could be closed. Unfortunately Both lawyers Joe and wife Gloria are very greedy persons and lack of trial capabilities in law. Be very watchful that you are walking into a big shark law firm!!!

If there were 0 star, I would definitely select it. This lawyer is our attorney for buying house. He is not professional at all. He can't help you anything. The worst thing is that he is even impatient to the client. He just wants to close the case ASAP and gets his payment, and doesn't care about the client's interest at all. I often feel he is seller's attorney, not buyer's attorney.
