Owner is lovely but she does not have braiding skill. I asked for KNOTLESS braids and brought my own hair. Instead, she starts off braiding my natural hair like a knotless braid, but adds 3x the amount of hair necessary for the the part. Now my braids look like I’ve had them in for months as if the braid is slipping off. I will never get my hair done here again! If you didn’t know how to properly do the style, you should have just said that! Had to take down edges after 2 days because it was pulling my hair out. I can’t believe I wasted $240 for this horrible style I never asked for :(Service: Braids

They are absolutely horrible! i came here to do regular box braids, my edges before I️ came here were full and after I got them done by one of the workers, my edges slowly was ripping out. And the hair cams out the complete opposite of how i wanted it! Do NOT come here! They are very unprofessional!
