We got hit with a leak on the roof in one of kids bedrooms and Floor issues in our family and living rooms after strong winds and rain hit our Area. We called our home insurance and they sent Gemini to do assessment and remediation and they got there 2 days after we placed a call to our home Insurance. They fixed the roof and Talus was straight forward and easy to talk to. They also did our floors. they did good! we had some concerns and they were addressed as fast as we could have expected. Erin and Sophia has made communication via phone calls and emails as easy as possible For me and my husband. All the employees we have come across with has been soo pleasant. We see and hear a lot of home restorations go south but the confidence the crew gave the whole time they were here kept us calm and worry free. We definitely would want to work with them again.“
