With the extreme cold temperatures coming to our area in the next few days. We had an issue with our heating unit and thermostat. Daniel was extremely professional, and very personal and was able to diagnose the complex issue with our wireless system. Daniel had a solution and had the replacement part on the truck. They had our unit back up and running after being without it for a few days in the cold. We will be using Mid State again for all of our HVAC and plumbing needs!

I cannot say enough good things about this company! My furnace stopped working in the middle of a 30 degree night - I called Midstate around 2am, not expecting anyone to answer, but to my surprise, I actually spoke to a live representative who took the time to listen & understand my problem. I had a technician out to diagnose the issue by 8:30 that morning, they gave me a quote for the repairs and discussed my options. Since my unit was from 2010 and was more likely to keep having issues, I wanted to look into potentially just replacing the whole thing.
